Yes, sending out email newsletters and having a strong presence on Instagram are important to boost your restaurant’s social media presence and eventually generate sales. Besides taking those eye-catching pictures of food items, one could upload images of the restaurant, showcasing the ambience and furniture. One could even upload pictures of regular customers (having seeking their permission, of course). This goes a long way in creating a brand image, which can get customers to keep coming back for more.

Nobody wants to eat in a dirty restaurant. I think the second thing I look for is quality of the food. I think it is super important to be aware of these things when it comes to feedback for a restaurant
