Negative health care reviews are particularly scary. Not so much in terms of the general experience. But if someone puts something online that makes someone question the ability of a doctor or nurse I would imagine that could do a lot of damage. For one people look online for doctors more than for other businesses. And also people are just more fearful of poor service when it comes to healthcare for obvious reasons.
