I just had a customer leave a recommendation using “Do You Recommend…” It is not showing up under “Reviews and Recommendations” only as a visitor post. HELP

With the most recent update to FB all my reviews are gone and all it says in its place is “no recent reviews or recommendations”.
What has happened?

I have the same problem, people can find review section on my page, I can see how they leave review, but I can’t enter that page.

I have a business page, and cannot find the review section anywhere, or the ability to add it as a tab. Cannot be found where you suggest. Would there be any reason why my page would not have this feature. Does it activate only when you have a certain amount of likes?

I have Reviews turned on for me business page but when I go to the review tab I am not presented with the Yes or No Option to leave a review. I don’t see any option to leave a review. Is there another setting I need to change?

We decided not to have location pages and want to just use our main Facebook Page. Will I have to delete all of our reviews from the location pages or is there a way to move those to the main page? Thanks!

I’ve tried reporting something to Facebook for over a month now I’ve never heard back from them one time seems like the Facebook app is crashing a few times every single day when I use Google Speech to Text. Another thing I sell things in the marketplace and when I post them on my page or I post anything on my page the app isn’t working because it doesn’t allow me to delete what is on my page I’ve tried talking to him about it for a couple months and I’m tired of doing it now cuz it seems like nobody works for Facebook anymore

In reply to EllaineR. You can only reply to bad/good reviews or ratings and there is no way to delete an individual review.

I manage a restaurant and I would like to know if there is any way, to say after 1 year, old reviews are deleted or bumped. as of now, even though we are under new management,
old negative post show up first . these posts sometimes are as far back as 3 years. with new and improved service it really hurts us because people don’t see the dates …

If they block you, their crap review of your business is still displayed… not leaving you ANY OPTIONS!! You can’t even report it!

Why you don’t set up a button for a customer to think twice before they post their comment. Sometime the way they think and not understanding the service could hurt the business a lot-
