I would be aware of my online presence and report any possible fraudulent reviews to the website in question to see if they can take it down.

This person and one or two others are leaving bad reviews for me and another company in a different industry based close by. I have proof they are leaving comments of a negative nature for only myself plus this other company. i wish for these to be removed however am having no luck in doing so.

I found out from a client that I have. I have NEVER let this company a review or any other company a review for that, but my question is this company has posted my full name and said some pretty nasty things about me personally, and I have no clue who this person even is, other than the owner of the company that happens to be my competition, What can I do about this? To be honest when I went to the page my client told me about, I put myself in the shoes of a customer while reading these reviews and thought to myself “Wow this person is very childish” and doesn’t own up to any Not 1 of his negative reviews, every single one he blames my company or me as leaving every single one. There is NO perfect company out in the world that is going to please every single customer. If anyone wants to see how crazy his responses are, please just google “123 you’re free bail bonds” and please email me your thoughts after, it would be greatly appreciated. Please email responses to contact at bail-bonds dot us Thanks for taking the time to read this, have a great day everyone.

You MUST NOT respond in rude or sarcastic manner. That’s like admitting a guilt, and if you are not really guilty, as in the most cases you are not, you will be doing them a favor by responding in the same manner they did.

“Is it possible to get a user banned completely from reviewing if you manage to provide solid evidence of foul play?”
You can ban one particular reviewer, but if your competitors want to get rid of you they will pay to multiple fakers. The reviews will come from different accounts and most of them will sound very validated, just as a real visitor that is unhappy would leave you. This should be stopped somehow. If you can’t handle competition you are in a wrong business. “Don’t ruin others reputation, build your own” is a sacred saying that all of us should follow.

Most important is, do not get in to online war with that person. It doesn’t matter if the review is fake, You will be on the losing end. Its better to report it and then create positive reviews.

Is it possible to get a user banned completely from reviewing if you manage to provide solid evidence of foul play?

You can turn most negative reviews around if you handle them quickly and effectively online. But if you just argue with the customer you’ll only end up making the review stand out even more.

It is often easier to assume that something is unfair or some sort of trick at your expense but first exclude every possible scenario in which what you’re reading might be accurate.
