From Yelp:

“The Business Owner Guidelines section of our Content Guidelines, which are part of our Terms of Service, also makes clear that businesses should not ask for Yelp reviews.”

I think this is why reviews tend to trend towards the negative side when it comes to healthcare and why it is important to focus on patient experience.
