I totally agree, Donna. At least with Trustpilot, one has to have actually done business with you before being allowed to post a review. On Google, any “hater” can muster a few friends to post a one-star rating, no review wording whatsoever, to drag down even years of accumulated positive reviews from ACTUAL clients, with no recourse on the part of the business owner at all. Google seriously needs to review its (ridiculous) policies in this regard.

Some tard named “Spoons Rattling” who is apparently from Pennsylvania and never been to my store in St. George, Utah left a 1 star review, no comment. This is typical SJW snowflake tactics to harass people for not submitting to their Orwellian agenda. Google needs to stop allowing this.

This has happened to my business and I have tried over and over to report it to google with no luck, my business JustU therapies was actually closed as I was relocating at the time of the review and as my business is in my own home and one to one with clients, I know I have not met the google guide. I find it very frustrating as a small business google local guides can write a review without visiting and as a business owner have no control and no where that a can contact google, this can effect my business.

What can you do if a local guide has given you a 1 star rating, no comment and you know that they have never visited your business nor had any interaction with them?

Local guides is really neat thing. Many people use google maps when they find themselves in unfamiliar area. And, if you can place your business on that map makes it really nice. Google is great.
